How we Design your Pool
We begin every project with discovery, not a catalog. Our process starts by reviewing your property survey and city records, then walking your property to hear your vision and design around how you live. From there, ideas become blueprints — refined and finalized construction documents built to industry best practices and city-specific engineering, with dimensions, materials and elevation drawings unique to your lot. Before we break ground, every detail is finalized: permits are in place, HOA approvals are in hand, and our thorough preparation is what makes construction feel fast.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before I call you?
No. Most people start with a feeling, not a floor plan — inspiration photos, a Pinterest board, or just “something better than what we have now.” Discovery is where we turn that into a real design, not where you’re expected to already have one.
Will I see what my pool actually looks like before construction starts?
Yes. Before we break ground, you’ll have design renderings as well as finalized construction documents — dimensions, materials, and elevation drawings specific to your property. Nothing about your pool is a surprise once digging starts.
How much does a custom pool cost?
Every pool is priced around your design, not a package — so there’s no single number that means anything until we’ve walked your property.
How long does the construction process take?
It depends on design and terrain complexity, but most construction is between 3 and 6 months.
Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
Yes. Permitting and HOA approval happen during pre-construction, before your project ever breaks ground — one less thing for you to manage.
What pool styles do you build?

Can I add features like waterfalls, tanning ledges, fire, or custom lighting?
Yes — these are part of what makes a pool feel custom rather than standard. We’ll talk through options during design so your pool reflects exactly what you want it to do, not just what it looks like.
I've heard about "concrete cancer" (ASR) in Central Texas pools. Should I be worried?
It’s a fair question — Alkali-Silica Reaction has affected a meaningful number of pools built in this region, due to industry-wide aggregate and fly ash sourcing issues, not something specific to any one builder. We build every pool to the same engineering standards regardless, and if you already own a pool showing signs of ASR, that’s a separate service we handle too.
Do you only build pools, or can you design the whole backyard?
The whole backyard. Pools are often where a project starts, but sports courts, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and full outdoor living design are all part of what we build.
